Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for information only. This is not a request for quotes/proposals or an invitation for bids. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research purposes in accordance with RFO 10.001. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is contractor support services to perform the required annual preventive maintenance and repairs on the two Agilent 7890 GC system, including one (1 ea.) Agilent 7697A Headspace autosampler and one (1 ea.) OI Analytical XSDTM 5360 detector. The contractor shall be an authorized current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) approved source capable of performance for Wasson ECE Instrumentation. Contractor personnel must be trained and certified to work on OEM equipment. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; the size standard for this NAICS in millions of dollars is $34. Product Service Code is J066 - maint/repair/rebuild of equipment- instruments and laboratory equipment This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1. Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, CAGE code, Sam.gov Unique Entity ID; and 2. Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services/supplies consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform requirements in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 11:00 AM HST, 17 AUG 2026.
