ARS Concrete Slab and Carport Assembly

AMENDMENT 0001 is issued as of 9/16/2026 and all document are uploaded to include the SF30 which must be acknowledged with quotes. Please see the attachments section for updated documents added via Amendment 0001. RFIs as of 9/16/2026 have been added. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LU26Q0129 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a concrete slab to be poured and Government furnished carport to be assembled and fastened to the carport. Site Visit: Site visits are strongly encouraged and may be scheduled the week of September 14th during the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM (local time) by contacting Melissa Johnson or Dustin Galipir. Contact information is included on page 2 of the Statement of Work document. North American Industry Classification (NAICS): 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, Size Standard is $19.0 M. Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside. Project Magnitude – $100,000 to $250,000 Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee (FAR 52.228-1): 20% required if quote/offer in excess of $150,000 Performance & Payment Bonds (FAR 52.228-15): Both required at 100% of original contract price if value in excess of $150,000, due 10 days after award. Only payment protections required for contracts exceeding $35,000 but not exceeding $150,000, irrevocable letter of credit or payment bond allowed per FAR 52.228-13, due within 10 days of contract award. Provide quote by: 5:00 PM, HAST on September 21, 2026. DOCUMENTS TO RETURN: The following documents shall be submitted by the quoter for evaluation to be considered responsive: Schedule of Items Narrative document demonstrating recent and relevant experience and past performance in respect to the size and scope of this particular project.
