The contractor will be responsible for transporting YRBM-25 from its homeport in Apra harbor, Guam, to the contractor’s proposed dry-docking and repair facility. Following completion and Government acceptance of the DSRA, the contractor will also be responsible for transporting YRBM-25 from the contractor’s facility to a Government-designated port in the Pacific located within a 1,500 nautical mile radius of Apra Harbor Guam. Interested sources should identify their proposed method of transportation, such as ocean tow, heavy-lift or another technically viable method, and describe, in detail, their capability to successfully plan, coordinate and execute the transportation. 4. INFORMATION REQUESTED Interested sources should submit information for the Government to assess their ability to successfully accomplish the complete requirement, including transportation, dry-docking, repair, preservation, structural work and return transportation. At a minimum, responses should address: Company name, physical address, UEI, CAGE Code and primary point of contact.
