Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary to manage and perform Grounds Maintenance Services for WA038 ? Tumwater, WA, IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of performance of 01 August 2026 - 31 July 2027 base period with two (2) option years and a six (6) month option to extend.
