Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)

The purpose of Amendment 0003 to RFP W519TC26RA020 is to update Attachment 0006 - Government Answers to Industry RFIs. The deadline for submission of industry questions has passed. However, in the interest of ensuring robust competition and clear requirements, the Government has provided clarification as noted in new Questions 63-68 and revised answers to Questions 61-62 in the updated Attachment 0006. The Government reserves the right to determine if future questions will be considered. If, prior to proposal due date, the Government receives future industry questions and makes the determination that it will consider them, all future industry questions received by the time of the determination will be considered. The proposal due date remains unchanged; proposals are due no later than 5:00pm CDT on July 2, 2026. Based off these updates to Attachment 0006, applicable amendments have been made to the RFP, in Sections L and M, and to Attachment 0001 - HTRO Matrix. This amended version supersedes any previously posted versions. Any future amendments or updates will be posted to PIEE.
