Description
GLCA 318882 Bullfrog Ramp Design/Build This is an unrestricted (full & open) solicitation. This is a two-phase design build procurement conducted under FAR 36.3. NPS is only seeking Phase 1 proposals at this time. Do NOT submit any pricing information at this time. NPS will hold a pre-solicitation conference during Phase 2. Submit all questions directly to anthony_jasper@ios.doi.gov.
