VTC Technology Upgrade

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no separate written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number FA857926Q0035 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for the VTC Technology Upgrade. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Description of requirement: Room 219 in Building 229C requires a comprehensive technology upgrade of its AudioNisual (AN) and Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment. the tech upgrade will replace all unsupported hardware with modern, vendor-supported equipment. This modernization will establish a stable, long-term Secure VTC (SVTC) solution that reliably supports both classified and unclassified meetings.
