Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC), Product Manager Light Armored Vehicle (PMLAV) intends to solicit and contract with INTELLIPOWER,INC. (Cage: 0UMT8) on a sole-source basis for the purchase of twelve rugged uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) to provide clean, uninterrupted power for the Virtual Instrument Portable Equipment Repair/Tester (VIPER/T) systems and their associated calibration equipment No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. Any potential source may contact the persons identified in this posting to discuss their ability to offer the required services for future acquisitions. Destination information – Production Plant Albany, GA. Basis for Award: The Government intends to issue a single Purchase Order on a sole source basis to INTELLIPOWER,INC. (Cage: 0UMT8) after review of responsibility and a fair and reasonable pricing determination. Award Procedures – The Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract for these commercial services with an estimated total under the simplified acquisition threshold
