Project Title: Modernized Application for Consumer and Healthcare Provider VAERS Reporting This acquisition supports development of a modernized reporting experience that incorporates a redesigned VAERS landing page and navigation, a guided reporting workflow with branching logic for public versus healthcare-provider submitters, an intelligent validation that assists with form completion, customer centric tooltips, informational popups and reactive design site navigation, modern / reactive popup frequently asked questions (FAQ) features. 8/18/2026 Updates: 1.
