Moody Air Force Base requires a vendor that can meet the minimum requirements outlined in Attachment 1 – Purchase Description. Installation Confirmation: Written confirmation that the quoted total price includes complete uncrating, assembly, on-site installation, and debris/packaging removal at Moody AFB, GA. Evaluation Criteria (Addendum to RFO 52.212-2) The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the offeror responsible whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO Part 12 and RFO Part 13). Evaluation Factors: Price (Total evaluated price includes CLINs 0001–0004). Technical Acceptability: Evaluated on a pass/fail basis against the salient characteristics and installation requirements in Attachment 1 – Purchase Description. The contract will be awarded to the technically acceptable quote with the lowest total price. Only the lowest-priced quote will be evaluated for technical acceptability initially; subsequent quotes will be evaluated only if the lowest is non-acceptable. The clause at RFO 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
