THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Product Service Code: DA01 – IT and Telecom – BUSINESS APPLICATION/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (LABOR) NAICS Code: 541519 – Other Computer Related Services Solicitation Number: W50NH9-26-R-A019 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Procuring Agency: U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) Requiring Activity: U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Anticipated Award Type: Time and Materials (T&M), 5-Year Long-Term Contract (LTC) The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), on behalf of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W50NH9-26-R-A019 for Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Architecture Information Technology (IT) Contractor Manpower Equivalent (CME) Support (formerly known as Integrated Geospatial Intelligence Enterprise Architecture - IGEA). This action involved holistic IT services and related logistic, programmatic, training, and management support for GEOINT operations. The planned level of effort is 30 Full-time Equivalents (FTEs), plus up to an additional three surge FTEs, distributed across various Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Most of the performance is expected to occur at Fort Gordon, Georgia, but other locations include Honolulu, Hawaii; Wiesbaden, Germany; Vicenza, Italy; Republic of Korea; San Antonio, Texas; and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Notes: We expect to post the solicitation in 2 to 4 weeks. Use of Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) – Solicitation Module. Offerors will be required to be registered in PIEE and have the appropriate access/user role for the Solicitation module within PIEE. Prospective offerors are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to initiate PIEE registration (if not already registered) and initiate requests for appropriate access/user roles in the Solicitation module as soon as possible.
