Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Stewart requires non‑personal services to provide full maintenance, sustainment, and cybersecurity support for the DAQ Electronics Starwatch Security Management System (SMS) utilized within the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) program at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The Contractor shall perform quarterly preventive maintenance, 24‑hour critical emergency repair response, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authority to Operate (ATO) sustainment in accordance with ICD 705 and UL 2050 standards. Performance includes troubleshooting, repair, replacement of DAQ system components, cybersecurity vulnerability mitigation, and coordination with Government security and antiterrorism stakeholders to ensure continuous protection of mission‑critical facilities. Mandatory constraints apply: Personnel must possess TS/SCI eligibility and meet all secure‑facility access requirements. The Contractor must hold current DAQ Electronics OEM Certification to legally maintain and service Starwatch SMS hardware and software. This requirement supports the installation’s security posture and ensures uninterrupted operation of ICIDS infrastructure across Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.
