The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Gatehouse Chimney Demolition and Reconstruction, Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition of the existing brick chimney and the construction of a new chimney on the gatehouse at Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT. The work also includes the installation of a new insulated flue liner, and all associated components. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
