Yard Waste Grinding Services

The purpose of this request is to solicit written proposals from qualified contractors for yard waste grinding services for The City of Richmond Hill. The contractor will be responsible for separating the existing debris pile into manageable piles, if needed, for grinding operations. The debris volume is estimated at 35,000 cubic yards. Services to begin within 45 days of issuance of a Notice to Proceed or Contract.
