Woodacres Nature Preserve

The construction of a natural neighborhood recreation area on city property located at the terminus of Woodacres Road NE with access from Clairmont Terrace NE. The project scope includes development of a 12' concrete path, pedestrian bridge, boulder walls, landscaping, other natural park features, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work.
