Description
Formal bids will be received by Social Circle for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for Walton Drive Emergency Repair and asphalt milling and resurfacing of all three streets within the Corby Creek Subdivision; including Corby Lane, Justin Court, and Emily Lane. Bids will be received at the City of Social Circle, Attention: Robbie Groves, 166 North Cherokee Road, Social Circle, GA 30025 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Any bids received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by Owner. Bids will be publicly opened and only the names of the respondents will be read aloud at 2:10 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at the of Social Circle City Hall, 166 North Cherokee Road, Social Circle, GA 30025. All bids will be evaluated by the City of Social Circle and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 45 days of the bid opening.
