Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service (Owner) for the project entitled Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Project scope of work: The purpose of this project is for the establishment of the Georgia Veterans Cemetery in Augusta, Georgia. The site will include an administration building, maintenance building, open committal shelter and (4) burial sections. The burial section includes 1500 pre-placed crypts, 600 conventional burials, 900 in-ground cremains and 960 columbarium niches. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
