Request for Proposal RFP Item #PW420-02 Vacant Property Demolition and Clearance Project- 3 Sites The City of Fayetteville, Georgia RFP Due: Friday, August 14, 2026 @ 200 P.M. Question Deadline: Wednesday, July 22, 2026 @ 4:00 P.M. The City of Fayetteville is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced demolition contractors to provide complete demolition, asbestos abatement (as required), debris removal, and site stabilization services for three (3) vacant properties located within the City limits. An asbestos assessment report identifying asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at each property will be included with the solicitation documents. Respondents shall base their proposals on the conditions and quantities identified in the report. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities. Instructions for preparation and submission of proposals are available through the Euna Procurement platform and the City of Fayetteville¿s website at https://fayetteville-ga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Euna by the deadline stated in the solicitation. Respondents are responsible for reviewing all solicitation documents, addenda, updates, and official communications related to this solicitation.
