Unified Development Code Re-Write and Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Griffin invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal responsive to the issues outlined in this request for proposals to provide an update to the 2023 ¿ 2043 Comprehensive Plan and Re-Write to the Unified Development Code. This will be a two-part project, potentially spanning two fiscal years, with the Unified Development Code Rewrite completed as Part 1 and the Comprehensive Plan Update completed as Part II. The Comprehensive Plan Update must be completed, approved, and adopted no later than October 31, 2028.
