Description
Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide UNG - Student Support AI to the University of North Georgia (UNG) (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. The University of North Georgia (UNG) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide an AI-powered Student Engagement and Student Success Support System. The selected solution will support current and prospective students by delivering accurate, consistent, secure, and compliant AI-driven responses and outreach across multiple communication channels, while enabling UNG staff to maintain oversight, governance, and accountability.
