The City of Statesboro Planning & Development Department invites qualified firms, developers, and organizations to submit qualifications to serve as a development partner for housing activities funded through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify one (1) development entity partner to assist the City in implementing six (6) new construction homeownership housing units that benefit low-income households within the City of Statesboro.
