The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as ¿Owner,¿ on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), (¿Using Agency¿), will accept electronic bids for the project entitled Wiregrass Georgia Technical College Transportation & Logistics Training Center in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Scope of work: construction for new transportation and logistics training center at Wiregrass Georgia Technical College, Valdosta, Lowndes County. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
