Stone (Annual Contract)

Columbus Consolidated Government is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide stone to be purchased on an ¿as needed¿ basis. The contract term will be for two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. This contract will be awarded to a Primary and Secondary Contractor. The Primary and Secondary Contractors will be selected based on the two lowest responsive, responsible vendors, who best meet the specifications. The City will be the judge of the factors and will make the award accordingly. When items on this contract are needed, the Primary Contractor will be contacted first. If the Primary Contractor is unable to fill the order or make delivery, then the Secondary Contractor will be contacted.
