No Proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Proposals for a period of sixty (60) daysdays.Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for the Water, Sewer, Gas & Electric Facilities SCADA System Upgrades is described briefly as followsProposal Documents: Complete digital proposal documents are available at www.QuestCDN.com. The fee to download the digital documents is $200 (non-refundable) payable through the website. A proposal will not be considered by the Owner unless the Proposer is on record with Quest/ESG Engineering, Inc. as having purchased and received complete Proposal Documents.
