Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late Proposals will not be accepted. Project work includes the development of a Safety Action Plan and the execution of implementation demonstration activities for unincorporated DeKalb County, consistent with the goals of improving transportation safety and reducing roadway fatalities and serious injuries.
