Description
The purpose of this Amendment 3 is to: A . Extend solicitation due date: FROM: 18 JUL 2026, 1 PM EST TO: 24 JUL 2026, 1 PM EST B. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to: A. Extend dolicitation end date From: 18 June 2026, 1 PM EST To: 18 July 2026, 1pm EST B. Incorporate Questions and Answers attachment C. Incorporate CDRLS D. All other conditions shall remain the same. The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to: Update CLIN 0001 description: FROM: FY26 L6TE36_Range 4 Modernization. Rehosting of the Indoor Compact Antenna Range (ICAR) 4 System and to procure ICARMS #4 upgrades as a turn key operation. TO: FY26 L6TE36_Range 4 Modernization. Rehosting of the Indoor Compact Antenna Range (ICAR) 4 Syste, and to procure ICARMS #4 upgrades as a turn key operation in accordance with Purchase Description dated 17 April 2026. All others terms and conditions shall remain uchanged. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation issued. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA857126Q0076 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Robins AFB Range 4 Modernization. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. All clauses and provisions within the document refer to the RFO/R-DFARS. This requirement is being solicited as a single source requirement and awarded as a Purchase Order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM): Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. (Cage Code: 1LTU5) 101 Industrial Park Blvd Warner Robins, GA 31088 Financial Capability Requirements (RFO 9.104-1) Prospective vendors must demonstrate adequate financial resources to perform this contract. Offerors are advised to review Section L for instructions regarding the submission of limited financial responsibility information. Offerors shall provide any two (2) or three (3) of the financial capability indicators listed in Section L to support the Government's responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 9.104-1.
