Purchasing Department Request for Qualifications RFQ # 27-08 On-Call Material and Field Testing Services- Annual Contract Henry County is soliciting statements of qualifications to develop a shortlist of pre-qualified firms to provide on-call comprehensive materials and field testing services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. RFQ's will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on September 9, 2026. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. RFQ's may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ's and to waive any technicalities.
