(RFQ) 27-07, Engineering Design Services GDOT PI #0021214 State Route 42

Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide consultant services for Design Services for P.I. # 0021214 State Route 42 (from Bill Gardner Parkway to SR 155). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. RFQs will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Late RFQs will not be considered nor returned. RFQs submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic RFQs are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed RFQs will not be considered. RFQs may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA.
