RFP655 - Resilience and Climatological Data

**ARC site registration and application approval must be done prior to submitting a proposal.** The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals to purchase Resilience and Climatological Data to develop a Transportation Vulnerability Assessment Tool (TVAT). The purchase will encompass climatological data that includes current rainfall, riverine flooding, pluvial flooding, and future projections based on various climate scenarios. Any contract award for this procurement is contingent upon ARC receiving adequate funding for this purchase from the U.S. Federal Highway Administration via its Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and Cost-saving Transportation (PROTECT) Grant program.
