The City of Chattahoochee Hills is pleased to invite your firm to submit a proposal for the Wheel Beautiful: RiverLands Universal Access Trail � Construction Services project. This project involves the construction of an approximately �-mile universally accessible trail within New RiverLands Park, designed in accordance with ADA and ABA Outdoor Developed Areas Standards and guided by principles of Universal Design. The RFP has been structured to provide clarity, flexibility, and cost transparency through three coordinated bid components: � Bid Package 1 � Site Preparation and Aggregate Base Construction � Bid Package 2 � Permeable Rubber-Modified Asphalt (RMA) Surfacing (or comparable accessible surface) � Bid Package 3 � Site Amenities and Structures (including footbridges, viewing platform, benches, and picnic areas) Firms may submit proposals for one, multiple, or all bid packages. The City reserves the right to award contracts in a manner that best serves the project.
