ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS Project: (RFP2027-08) Victor Lord Park Fencing -- Fields 8-11 Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for Victor Lord Park Fencing ¿ Fields 8-11. Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 PM (¿Local time¿), Thursday, October 29, 2026. Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, October 29, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated, and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal opening. Barrow County Parks & Recreation will offer an on-site MANDATORY pre-proposal conference which will be held at the Barrow County Parks & Recreation Department Offices, 175 2nd Street, Winder, GA 30680 on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (¿Local time¿) Proposers must attend to be eligible to submit a Proposal.
