RFP TH-2026-03 Managed IT Services

The Town of Tyrone, Georgia, is currently soliciting proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to provide comprehensive information technology management, technical support, cybersecurity, and related services. The Town does not maintain an internal IT department and is seeking a qualified firm to serve as our primary technology partner. The scope includes end-user support, network and infrastructure management, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity monitoring and protection, website management, and strategic IT planning. Firms with experience supporting municipal governments and public safety agencies are particularly encouraged to respond.
