RFP No. 26-0027 ON-CALL ROOFING SERVICES (ANNUAL CONTRACT)

It is the intent of the Columbus Consolidated Government (City) to establish an annual contract with a Primary and a Secondary contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials to provide on-call roofing services. The contract will be for two (2) years with an option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal shall be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
