RFP #26048 Task Order Contract for Nuisance Testing, Abatement, & Controlled Demolition Services

The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County desires to solicit competitive proposals from responsible vendors to provide asbestos and lead testing, nuisance abatement and controlled demolition services, soil clearance testing, as well as CDBG Voluntary Demolition program for the Housing and Community Development Department, Athens, Georgia. This contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to extend the contract for four additional one-year terms, if agreed upon by all parties. The estimated range of this annual program, including individual projects, is between $20,000- $100,000.
