RFP #26045 Sewer Flow Meter and Data Collection System Installation

The Public Utilities Department (PUD) is seeking responsible firms to provide Sewer Flow Meter Installation, permanent and portable units, and Data Collection System. The selected firm will function as a team with PUD. Additional information on the project, including service area, meter locations, the number of meters, and meter sizing are available in the Sewer Appendices to this document. The following are PUD’s objectives for this project: 1. To provide and install additional network equipment (sewer flow meters) as identified. 2. To provide and install and relocate additional network equipment (portable sewer flow meters) as identified. 3. To provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for flow meters, with their associated components in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for optimum functionality. The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County desires to solicit competitive proposals from responsible vendors to provide these services for a five-year period with the option to extend the contract for two additional years if agreed upon by all parties.
