RFP 26-01 Professional Consulting Services for Program Administration and Technical Assistance

The Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission is interested in contracting with a qualified consultant to augment staff in administering and performing technical work elements of HAMPO�s UPWP for Fiscal Year 2027 with up to two optional one-year extensions. The preferred qualifications of the consultant, in order of priority are previous experience working with MPO�s in Georgia, previous experience preparing reports required by FHWA and GDOT from MPO�s, and qualifications of the project team.
