RFP 2026-10b Courthouse Attic Remediation and Roof Repair

Walker County Government is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair the attic and roof of the Walker County Courthouse, located at 103 S Duke Street in LaFayette, Georgia. This project consists of attic remediation, structural and masonry repairs, roof system replacement, roof drains and restoration work at the Walker County Courthouse. Work includes addressing moisture intrusion, mold remediation, structural deficiencies, and restoration of affected interior and exterior building components.
