RFP 2026-07 Irene B. Thomas Park Inclusive Playground Renovation

The City of Hinesville, Georgia, is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for RFP 2026-07, Irene B. Thomas Park Inclusive Playground Renovation. The project consists of the turnkey design and replacement of the existing playground, including demolition, site preparation, inclusive playground equipment, an integrated shade solution, accessible safety surfacing, installation and project closeout. The City seeks an integrated, inclusive playground serving children ages 2 through 12 and caregivers of varied abilities. The City seeks a distinctive, high-quality design that will establish the renovated playground as a signature inclusive playground and community destination for children, families and caregivers. The maximum contract amount is $350,000. The project is subject to the applicable federal, state and local requirements identified in this RFP.
