Tift County Schools is seeking proposals for Construction Management at Risk (CM) Services - Renovations & Modifications to Annie Belle Clark Elementary School. Tift County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for opening of proposals. Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Submit proposal to Klinton Guess, Tift County Schools, 506 W. 12th Street, Tifton, GA. 31794 in a sealed envelope marked ¿Renovations & Modifications to Annie Belle Clark Elementary School¿ on or before July 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened.
