Professional Consulting Services Liberty Independence Parkway Phase 2 Scoping RFP

The Liberty County Board of Commissioners is interested in contracting with a qualified consultant to provide scoping services for Liberty Independence Parkway Phase 2 pursuant to the Scope of Work in Exhibit I herein. The preferred qualifications of the consultant include previous experience providing scoping services and preparing scoping reports through the Georgia Department of Transportation process.
