Pre-Advertisement Notice for Glass Repair & Services

The City of Atlanta on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) will shortly undergo a SOQ to IFB process compromised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement to prepare and analyze experienced and technically qualified vendors to perform reliable, timely, and certified glass repair, replacement, installation, and tinting services to maintain operational readiness for vehicles and equipment across multiple departments, including emergency and heavy¿duty units. These services are essential for ensuring safety, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with industry, manufacturer, and legal standards. Interested firms will be evaluated during the prequalification phase to determine whether they meet the minimum requirements for firm experience, team and key personnel qualifications .The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor will provide OEM¿compliant service, VIN¿based part validation, and strict turnaround times for both standard and emergency repairs.
