Occupational Health Services As-Needed

Forsyth County is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive occupational health services on an as-needed basis. Services may include, but are not limited to, pre-employment physical examinations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, return-to-work examinations, non-regulated drug and alcohol testing, random testing program administration, Medical Review Officer (MRO) services, and DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing services in accordance with all applicable federal regulations, including requirements administered by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
