New Deep Well & Chemical Feed Building Division II

City of Reynolds (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: New Deep Well & Chemical Feed Building Division II. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Reynold¿s City Hall located at 3 East William Wainwright Street, Reynolds, GA 31076, until Friday, August 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work consists of installation of new 500 GPM gravel packed deep well, chemical feed building, Sodium Hypochlorite feeds system, Phosphate system, Fluoride system, lime slurry system, altitude valve assembly, standby power, Scada System, fencing, erosion control, Collins Street Renovations, and any appurtenances necessary for a complete project. Contract Time: 365 days. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Watkins & Associates, LLC, 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, (229) 388-8823 (Office of the Engineer), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $300.00 (cash or check) or $309.00 (credit/debit card) for each set. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at Reynold¿s City Hall, 3 East William Wainwright Street, Reynolds, GA 31076, or at the Office of the Engineer at Watkins & Associates, LLC, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Upon receipt of the required payment, Watkins & Associates, LLC will transmit the digital Bidding Documents by electronic download link. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted shall be considered the prospective Bidder's official date of receipt. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be issued. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any full or partial sets of the Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from sources other than those issued by the Office of the Engineer.
