Nancy Creek and Savoy Trail CMAR

Installation of approximately 6,800 linear feet of multi-use concrete trail along Nancy Creek from Chamblee Dunwoody Road to North Peachtree Road. The project scope includes a 12-ft wide concrete multi-use trail, three (3) prefabricated pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, a new ADA-compliant sidewalk connection, streambank stabilization of Nancy Creek, storm drainage, landscaping, site work, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work.
