Multiple Award On-Call Construction Services IDIQ

The City of South Fulton General Services Department is soliciting Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide on-call vertical and horizontal construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, and improvement services on an as-required basis. The City intends to establish multiple-award contracts with qualified firms capable of performing small construction projects, repairs, maintenance activities, emergency response work, and facility/site improvements throughout City-owned facilities, parks, grounds, and infrastructure assets.
