The Downtown Development Authority of the City of Forest Park, Georgia [DDA] is seeking bids from qualified firms for landscaping services as set forth in this request for bids (RFB). The DDA owns 19 properties on Main Street that will require bi-weekly services during the Grow Season (March - September) and once a month maintenance during the Slow Grow Season (October - February). The DDA owns 3 properties off Main Street that will be maintained once a month.
