The landscape maintenance work will include, but is not limited to, grass cutting, edging, blowing/sweeping, weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching, aeration, overseeding, fire ant control, irrigation, seasonal annual bed design, biannual bed planting, trash removal throughout City outdoor areas, and a fertilization and weed control program. The City intends to award a 5-year contract with automatic renewals to one company. All work must be conducted according to industry standards. Proposals are due on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern in the form of 2 paper copies and 1 digital (USB) copy. There will be an optional, highly recommended, pre-proposal meeting on October 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Norcross Public Works building, located at 345 Lively Avenue Norcross, Georgia 30071.
