Invasive Species Removal & Revegetation Sole Source

The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) is providing public notice of its intent to award a contract to Birds Georgia for invasive species removal and revegetation services on the Huie Nature Preserve property. Birds Georgia has been identified as the sole source for this purchase for the reasons stated in the attached sole source notice. Any supplier capable of providing the identified services may challenge this sole source determination by submitting a written correspondence to ccwa_procurement@ccwa.us. The correspondence must be issued by the closing date and time indicated in the listing.
