On behalf of the City of Atlanta, we are pleased to invite your company to participate in our solicitation for On-Call Painting and Surface Preparation Services. This contract is intended to provide responsive, as-needed painting, pressure washing, and surface preparation services to support the City's ongoing maintenance needs across multiple facilities within the metropolitan Atlanta area. The resulting contract will establish a pool of qualified contractors capable of delivering these services, define competitive unit pricing, and provide the City with a reliable resource for timely response to maintenance requests. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis through individual work orders. The City reserves the right to award contracts to one or multiple contractors and is not obligated to guarantee or award a minimum contract value.
