Notice of Sole Source Intent The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) intends to award a sole source contract for the goods/services described in the attached Sole Source Justification Form. Based on the information provided, the agency has determined that only one known supplier is capable of providing these services. This notice is being posted in accordance with Georgia procurement guidelines to allow interested suppliers the opportunity to express their ability to provide the required goods/services. Suppliers who believe they can provide the services listed in the justification form must submit an email response detailing their capabilities. Responses should clearly demonstrate how the supplier meets all specifications and requirements. Email responses must be sent to: CCWA Procurement and Compliance Department ccwa_procurement@ccwa.us Deadline for responses: May 13, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. If no responses are received that demonstrate the ability to meet the agency's requirements, the sole source procurement will proceed as stated.
